Physio rehab post concussion
Did you know that physiotherapy can help with concussion symptoms?
Concussions are injuries that result in short term changes in brain function which can have long term implications if not rehabbed correctly which can include issues with vision, balance, headaches and neck pain.Physios can help with all these symptoms by conducting a ‘vestibular ocular motor screening’ which looks at different body systems that can be affected from a concussion. We can also guide you through your rehab from a concussion and safely return athletes to game play in conjunction with a medical professional.
Check out more of our physio Maddie's takeaways from a recent masterclass in rehab.
ACL Breakthrough Testing: Tracking progress to help with return to play
We have the privilege of working with athletes from various sports, each with their unique set of challenges and goals. Savannah suffered an ACL injury 11 months and throughout her recovery we have been conducting our Breakthrough Testing using VALD Force Decks and Dynamo to assess her strength, power and symmetry.
The Road to Recovery: Our Breakthrough Testing is here to help

The ankle accounts for 40% of netball injuries due to the amount of jumping, running and change of direction.
