Small Group Session (1:3)

Individual tailored programs in a group setting (3 people max) in the fully equipped EFM gym. A Physiotherapist or Exercise Scientist can take this small group class depending on your needs. The small group class provides a personalized and more cost effective way to reach your fitness & performance goals.

Running Strength (1:5)​

Strength class tailored to runners. Aimed at reducing injury risk as well as improving performance.

Strength & Flexibility Class (1:8)

General whole body exercises that address flexibility, mobility and endurance strength.
Not to be underestimated… These classes can be as hard or easy as you want them to be!

Hip & Knee Osteoarthritis Class (1:8)​

An 8 week strength class for people with hip and/or knee arthritis. Tailored to all abilities.
