Who are these sessions appropriate for:
- Individuals wanting to focus on general exercise, fitness, strength or rehabilitation.
- People who would like their exercise to be supervised
- Any age or experience is suitable, as long as you have some goals!
What is the Small Group Exercise Session?
- Group exercise session in fully equipped gym.
- Up to 4 people per class
- Personalised program: exercise is tailored to the individuals goals
- Cost effective: the group class allows for the session to be more cost effective whilst still getting a tailored program
A 1:1 session with the Exercise Scientist is required prior to commencing group class. This enables the health practitioner to assess, screen and program specific to the client.
