Running Strength & Conditioning

Running Strength class is a unique group class developed by our Principal Physiotherapist, Courtney Gum.

Having a keen interest in running, Courtney identified that with the development of specific muscle groups and by improving runners’ form, it was possible to greatly reduce running related injuries and pain.

After intensive studies of the foot and anatomy associated with running, she has developed a group class tailored to each specific participants needs.
