1:1 Exercise & Fitness Session

Supported exercise for better outcomes.

Who are these sessions appropriate for:

  • Individuals wanting to focus on general exercise, fitness, strength or rehabilitation.
  • People who would like their exercise to be supervised
  • Any age or experience is suitable, as long as you have some goals!

What is the 1:1 exercise session:

  • This is a 1:1 session, supervised by a University qualified Exercise Scientist.
  • Exercise session in fully equipped gym.
  • Personalised program: exercise is tailored to the individuals goals

Please Note:
A 1:1 consult with the Exercise Scientist is required prior to commencing these sessions. This enables them to assess, screen and program specific to you.

Small Group Session

Cost effective and tailored specifically to you!

Who are these sessions appropriate for:

  • Individuals wanting to focus on general exercise, fitness, strength or rehabilitation.
  • People who would like their exercise to be supervised
  • Any age or experience is suitable, as long as you have some goals!

What is the Small Group Exercise Session?

  • Group exercise session in fully equipped gym.
  • Up to 4 people per class
  • Personalised program: exercise is tailored to the individuals goals
  • Cost effective: the group class allows for the session to be more cost effective whilst still getting a tailored program

Please Note:

A 1:1 session with the Exercise Scientist is required prior to commencing group class. This enables the health practitioner to assess, screen and program specific to the client.

Online Exercise Program

An online program, specific to your goals

What is the Online Exercise Program?

  • The online exercise program allows you to carry out the prescribed exercise at home or in a gym by yourself.
  • You will get a 4-6 week program tailored to your goals that is prescribed by an Exercise Scientist.
  • The purpose is that you get a well supported program whilst being able to do it in your own time and location.

What does it include:

  • Assessment / Goal settings session (45mins): either in clinic or via video chat.
  • Individual exercise program that is prescribed for a 4-6 week duration.
  • Weekly review: via email / message / video chat.

Who is it suitable for:

  • Athletes: specific strength & conditioning program
  • General population: exercises for fitness and lifestyle goals.
